What's included in my monthly rental fee?
Pretty much everything you need (including the kitchen sink) - All utilities, WiFi, gym & workspace access, laundry, cleaning, rental fees, local taxes, events calendar and amenities.
What's included in a Vivali Studio when compared to a Vivali Room
What services does Vivali provide?
To make your Vivali experience run smoothly, we'll have an onsite community manager as well as cleaning, laundry and mail management services. High speed WiFi and access to our events calendar is all included too.
What spaces & facilities will Vivali properties have?
A well equipped gym, work & social spaces, outdoor green space, a laundry room & bike storage.
How do depositis & notices periods work?
We only require 2 weeks rent as a deposit and 2 weeks notice if you move out. Our contracts are monthly so come and go as you please.
Where are Vivali properties located?
We're working on opening our first Vivali buildings in Berlin, Vienna, Lisbon and London. But that's just the beginning.
